Ardra/Arudra is the 6^th among all 27 nakshatras. The term Ardra/Arudra is in the Sanskrit language which means “moist one”. This nakshatra ranges from 6°40 to 20’00 under Gemini. The ruling planet is Rahu and this nakshatra completely fall under Gemini. Hence it’s a combination of  Rahu and Mercury depicts the intelligence and passionate thinking. Rahu is the ruling planet which causes troubles in life. The diety of this nakshatra is Rudra, his qualities can be seen in natives born under this nakshatra.
